The Allen Park Housing Commission consists of five residents of the City of Allen Park. One member of the Commission shall be a resident of the Leo Paluch Senior Apartments. Each member is appointed by the Mayor to a five year term.

The APHC regularly meets the 3rd Monday of every month at 4 pm in the Community Room of the apartment building to set policy, review budgetary items, and generally oversee the operations of the property owned by the Commission. There is space set aside at each meeting to hear input from residents and family members on issues of operations. On very rare occasions the meeting time or date could vary so always check the “upcoming events” located on the main page for specific times and dates.
