In an effort to strengthen the quality of services to families with young children, the Great Start Collaborative-Wayne (GSC-W) developed an assessment for family/community resource centers. During 2011, ten centers were assessed and rated as either a participant center working on an improvement plan or an endorsed Great Start Center meeting the established quality criteria.
